As a former travel agent, Heidi is familiar with coordinating multiple institutions in order to deliver an excellent experience for clients. She has drawn on that experience over her 17 years as a member of the team. Heidi ensures that everything is accomplished as planned and coordinates with the team to ensure an excellent client experience. Heidi has been married to her husband, Bob, for 40 years. They love to travel and spend time with their family, especially their new granddaughter.
