INT works primarily with upper-income professionals in the Greater St. Louis area in two stages of their financial journey.
MID-CAREER
35-50 YEARS OLD
If you're between 35 and 50, building your career and your wealth, and you want a clear, organized plan to make sure your finances are actually working the way they should, we may be a great fit.
APPROACHING RETIREMENT
55-65 YEARS OLD
If you're between 55 and 65, approaching retirement, and you want to know with confidence that you're on track and that the plan will hold, we may be a great fit for that too.
We're not trying to be everything to everyone. We'd rather be the right firm for the right people and deliver an exceptional experience to those clients than stretch ourselves thin trying to serve everyone.

Nothing. The first conversation is complimentary. There is no obligation to move forward, and no fee is charged until we've agreed to work together and your accounts are under our management.

Our fees are based on assets under management. Your account is billed a percentage of its value at the end of each quarter. We believe this structure aligns our interests with yours. When your accounts grow, we do better too. For clients who want ongoing planning services but are unable to move their accounts, a monthly retainer arrangement may be available. For specific fee information, schedule a conversation, and we'll walk you through exactly what working with INT costs.

Yes. Rob is held to the fiduciary standard by both LPL Financial, in an advisory relationship, and the CFP Board, meaning he is legally and ethically required to act in your best interest at all times.

We work best with clients who consolidate their assets with us. Having a complete picture of your finances is what allows us to build and manage a truly integrated plan. That said, if there's a specific tax reason or penalty associated with moving certain accounts, we'll figure out the best approach together.

Most clients meet with Rob twice per year: a Strategic Planning Meeting in February or March and a Tax Planning Meeting in October or November. In addition, our team checks in with clients regularly throughout the year and is always available when life happens and a conversation is needed outside of the regular meeting schedule.

Absolutely. We actively coordinate with CPAs and estate planning attorneys on behalf of our clients. If you have professionals you trust, we want to work with them. If you're looking for referrals, we maintain relationships with trusted professionals in the St. Louis area and are happy to make introductions.

Our ideal new client relationship typically starts with $750,000 or more in investable assets. If you're earlier in your wealth-building journey but have strong income and a long-term trajectory, reach out and let's have a conversation. We evaluate every situation individually.
